The fact of God's help from A 22.02.2024

A few months ago, I began praying for my little one (he's almost three years old) because his bad behavior had become very difficult to handle... This is also known as the "three-year-old crisis." The child often screamed, cried, contradicted everything, and said hurtful things. In short, things became so overwhelming that only the Lord could help. I submitted his name for commemoration during the Akathist to the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos, and the very next day—before I even had a chance to pray once—the Lord showed me a true miracle! He showed me what kind of mother I should be, as if He was guiding me. Moments where I would normally get irritated, angry, or start scolding, I simply remained silent and prayed (something I usually couldn't manage). I hugged and stroked my child often, and in response, he behaved perfectly. It lasted only one day—it was undeniably a miracle. The Lord showed me how things could be, and I realized how much depends on my own behavior. The first few weeks were very difficult. On Sundays, the day of the Akathist, the challenges would intensify, making it clear that the Lord was working, and the Most Holy Theotokos was helping. But gradually, almost imperceptibly, our family relationships began to improve. My little one became much calmer, more obedient, and more responsive. Glory to God! We thank You, Lord, for loving us, for hearing us, and for helping in everything! We thank You, Most Holy Theotokos, for interceding for us before the Lord, for protecting us and our children! I continue to pray with other Akathists and witness many miracles. And the more I pray, the more I realize that I probably can no longer live without prayer by agreement…
