The fact of God's help from Elena 03.09.2024

I haven’t been praying in unity for very long—just a couple of months ago, I submitted names for commemoration during the Akathist to the Protection of the Mother of God. My heart strongly felt that I needed to pray for my three daughters. Not much time passed when my youngest daughter (she’s only two years old) found some kind of cable—with metal rods on both ends—and stuck it into an electrical outlet. I heard a loud pop and had no idea what to think. I rushed into the kitchen—her little hands were covered in soot, and she suddenly burst into tears... And at that moment, I realized that a miracle had just happened. There’s no other way to explain it! The Mother of God covered my child with her protection and preserved her life. Before this incident, my daughter had never shown any interest in electrical outlets, yet this happened. I thank You, Lord, for everything! And I thank the Most Holy Theotokos! Pray, believe—the Lord is closer than we think.
