The fact of God's help from Natalia 03.08.2024

Natalia
Greetings, dear brothers and sisters! My mother-in-law and I prayed for my husband the Akathists to St. Sergius of Radonezh, Archangel Michael, and St. Nicholas. He needed to pass a very difficult exam. In total, he had been preparing for it for a year and a half (!). The exam was oral, and they could ask him anything from the entire curriculum of four subjects taught over two years. The grading and the decision to pass were very arbitrary and subjective. It all depended on the examiners, who could easily fail a student. In total, there were three attempts to pass the exam. My husband failed the first attempt. The second attempt was scheduled for March 2022. A couple of weeks before the exam date, the war began on the territory of Ukraine, where my relatives live. I was very worried, and our son was only 8 months old at the time. It was difficult for me to take care of him and persuade my relatives to flee from the war. Under such conditions, my husband could not prepare properly for the exam. For valid reasons, he received a deferral from the examination board, and the retake was scheduled for September 2022. In September 2022, a few days before the exam, my husband unexpectedly had a migraine attack. He literally could not carry on a conversation. After obtaining medical certificates, his retake was rescheduled once again for March 2023. My mother-in-law and I began to pray every day with different Akathists (to St. Sergius of Radonezh, Archangel Michael, and St. Nicholas). In the end, my husband encountered fair examiners, he did everything in his power to prepare, and during the exam, he prayed for himself, for the examiners, and for the other students taking the exam with him. And he passed the exam! He was asked exactly what he knew. Glory to God that everything ended well. Glory to God for everything! We will continue to pray. By the way, during his preparation, my husband "accidentally" found out that in March 2022, he would have faced an examiner who failed everyone. He also felt that if he had taken the exam earlier, he probably would not have grasped everything as well. Glory to God for everything!
