The fact of God's help from Anastasia 09.05.2024

Two years ago, I started praying the Akathist to the Mother of God, "Softening of Evil Hearts," primarily to focus on my own shortcomings. I had a very negative attitude toward people, struggled with jealousy, and at times even hated my boyfriend for constantly testing my patience (we later broke up). I began praying to rid myself of these negative feelings and not let my heart grow hardened. Just a month after starting my prayers, I noticed that I had become gentler, but the most amazing change was not in me, but in my father. His family had been involved in a long-standing feud. His mother (my grandmother) had passed away long ago, and the only remaining close relative on his side was his aunt, with whom he hadn’t spoken for 5-6 years due to this conflict. But just a month after I began praying the Akathist, his aunt called him herself, apologized, and said she wanted to see him. She is already elderly. As a result, my father and his aunt reconciled and now stay in touch. Glory to God for everything!
