The fact of God's help from Stanislava 26.12.2024

Good evening to all my fellow prayer companions! I asked St. Spyridon of Trimythous to help sell at least one of our three boats. I thought it would be the smallest one or the second one, which we bought this summer for ourselves (but were also willing to sell if necessary). The third boat was a large, old one (9 meters long). The listing had been up for almost three years, but there wasn’t even a single interested buyer. On December 12, 2023, I completed a sorokoust (40-day prayer cycle) to St. Spyridon of Trimythous. That same day, negative thoughts crept in—I felt as if my prayers hadn’t been answered, as it was already the 40th day. But I gathered my will and continued praying. Then, on December 25—the very feast day of St. Spyridon—a man called and said he would come with his wife after the holidays to take a look! My husband and I live in Poland, where Christmas is celebrated on December 24, and New Year's is not considered a major holiday, though it is observed. On December 30, they arrived, spent about two hours inspecting the boat, and bought it on the spot! Their vehicle was perfectly suited for towing the boat's weight, so they immediately hooked it up (3.5 tons) and drove it home to another voivodeship—almost 300 km away from us. For the saints, nothing is impossible through their prayers to God! Thank you, Holy Father Spyridon! Glory to God for everything! We continue to pray!
