The fact of God's help from Irina 22.06.2024

Glory to God! I want to share an instance of help through a one-time prayer to St. Abramius the Bulgar and the Most Holy Theotokos. I wanted to submit my children’s names for the conciliar prayer, but I needed to go to my parents’ place. Then, one after another, the children, and later my husband and I, started getting sick. The children had very high fevers. My son’s temperature rose to 39.5°C (103.1°F) and wouldn’t go down—it would drop slightly and then rise again to 39°C. My mother and I prayed the Akathist to the Holy Martyr Abramius the Bulgar, and the temperature began to drop. It never went that high again, and the children soon recovered. Usually, with such a high fever, it takes about three days to fight it off. Afterward, I submitted their names for the conciliar prayer. My faith was strengthened, and since then, glory to God, we haven’t been sick. Glory to God for everything!
