The fact of God's help from Victoria 07.01.2025

Brothers and sisters, I decided to share my story of the Lord’s help! I pray by agreement with Akathists to the Mother of God, "Seeking the Lost" and "The Protection," as well as to Saint Nicholas. I pray for my daughter. At 18, she ran away from me, leaving behind her studies and making mistakes in her young life. There she was, in a big city, alone, young, inexperienced, and refusing to listen to anything I had to say! I was consumed with grief—what could I do? Pray! But how? I traveled to Bari, to Saint Nicholas, and tearfully begged for help. After returning, I "accidentally" came across videos online, one after another, with explanations and sermons by Father Vladimir Golovin. My deepest thanks to dear Father Vladimir for his wisdom and heartfelt guidance, and gratitude to the entire "Spiritual Lighthouse" team for supporting and directing us on the right path! I found a way to reach God. I now understand how to pray and ask for help! For three years, I have been turning to the merciful Intercessor, the Most Holy Theotokos, praying with Akathists for my daughter. During this time, there have been significant improvements. My daughter has completed her education—not the one I had planned for her, but the one she chose for herself. With this qualification, she immediately found a job in the same big city. She loves her work! Friends and acquaintances who could have ruined her life have drifted away. Our relationship is still not very stable, but I hope in the Lord’s mercy and continue to pray by agreement. I thank the Lord for everything He sends me! Glory to God for everything! Dear brothers and sisters, I wrote this to support those praying for their children. I am still halfway through my journey, but help is there—it is tangible. Everyone’s journey is different: for some, the changes happen quickly; for others, it takes years of prayer. But for the sake of our children, we pray as long as we live! Forgive me, a sinner, if I have said anything wrong. May God save you all!
