Good health and salvation to all! I pray with the Akathists to John the Baptist and Saint Nicholas, and I have submitted names. But sometimes, if I have free time, I join the prayer group in Bulgaria and read the Akathist that is scheduled at that time. Once at work, on the feast day of Saint Seraphim of Sarov. I had some time and checked the schedule. It turned out that the Akathist to Saint Seraphim of Sarov had been read just an hour earlier. I decided to read it anyway, especially since it was his feast day. I read it without asking for anything specific. About half an hour later, I felt that the flu I had been suffering from, which had made it hard for me to even drag myself to work, had somehow disappeared. My colleagues were asking if I would be able to come to work the next day, but I felt so well, as if nothing had happened. Even though it’s such a small thing, I wanted to write this to the glory of Father Seraphim. God is wondrous in His saints! Lord, save and grant many years to Father Vladimir and all my prayer companions. Before I learned about the Prayer of Agreement, I only read morning and evening prayers. Now I have discovered Akathists and the Psalter. I try not just to read but to truly pray. Lord, save us!
