Kazan... A place where we feel our calling and the love of the Queen of Heaven in a special way. A place whose unification with Orthodox Russia marked the beginning of the historical mission of preaching Christ's truth to the East. And most importantly, it all began with the very appearance of the Mother of God and Her miraculous image in the land where we came to know Her protection over us.

Since the 16th century, the history of Russia has unfolded under the protection of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God. And now, a miraculous copy of this image has once again returned to its historical place. Orthodox believers have always turned to Her in prayer with special hope, always heard the response and intercession of the Queen of Heaven, and experienced the power of Her almighty prayers.
